hey .yesterday was gave a suprise to pn.tan .
because yesterday was her birthday .
wai loon them told us and we plan for a suprise.
whole class line up infront of door.
when pn.tan open the door whole class sing for her .
and we make one cert and a sign paper to her.
and also white board.

i also designed a certificate of " the best teacher of the year" to her.

firstly , i start with april fool :D

i organize a very fun game in school .

從大腿內外側開始出現紅色小點，會癢。
剛開始以為是被蟲咬，還將家裡寢具全部大消毒一次。
其實這個邏輯不對，我不是跟小婕睡，就是跟小若睡，他們都沒事，蟲怎麼只咬我一個。
慢慢，背、身體、連手也長了，整個手臂變得粗粗的，原先光滑的皮膚質感完全消失
现在时常穿长袖叻
今天看第四次医生~
醫生看完後，診斷為：Pityriasis rosea玫瑰糠疹。
是一種病毒感染，不會傳染，通常在感冒後會發生（不過我幾乎是跟感冒同時），要持續4~5週才會好。
疹子會出現在膝蓋以上，脖子以下（包括脖子，我現在就是脖子上好多）。
還好不會長到臉，不然怎麼出門見人。
慶幸的是，醫生說一生中應該只會得一次啦！而且不會傳染。
醫生熱心在便條紙上寫下Pityriasis rosea玫瑰糠疹，要我上網查相關資料。
醫生開了口服的藥和止癢的藥膏，同時提醒睡前那顆藥吃了會嗜睡。
我現在還是好癢喔，好煩喔。

◎ 玫瑰糠疹的症狀是甚麼？
　　 玫瑰糠疹剛發的時候是單一較大的粉紅色斑塊，常見於胸腹部或背部。呈橢圓形、邊緣有輕微脫屑，此時人們經常會以為自己長癬疾而自行買癬藥擦，這自然不會有效果。臨床上，這斑塊有一個特別名稱叫斥候斑( herald patch )或媽媽斑。

　　隨後的一、兩週裡，身上、四肢陸續出現愈來愈多的斑點或斑塊。可能蔓延至頸部，但甚少侵犯臉部。這些晚發的皮疹與媽媽斑外觀類似但較小。在背部，呈橢 圓形的玫瑰糠疹的長軸排列均與皮膚割線呈平行，看起來有如聖誕樹的圖案。約有一半的病患會有輕微的癢感，在熱的環境下、大量排汗，癢感會變得比較嚴重。有 少數患者在皮疹出現前會有疲倦、疼痛、、等類似感冒的症狀。玫瑰糠疹一般在兩週左右皮疹發作達到高峰，隨後逐漸消退，六至八週左右可完全消失，有些皮疹可 能持續久些，少數病患更可達數月之久。劇烈運動、洗熱水澡會導致皮疹暫時惡化或復發。

◎ 玫瑰糠疹的病因是甚麼？
　　玫瑰糠疹的病因至今仍不清楚。但可確定不是細菌或黴菌感染。也不是皮膚過敏，更和內臟器官疾病無關。許多皮膚科醫師相信玫瑰糠疹是因病毒感染所致。因 為它像流行性感冒一樣好發於春、秋季氣溫變化較大的季節裡，大部分的人終其一生只會長一次玫瑰糠疹，且病人偶爾有類似感冒的症狀。這個理論目前無法證實而 且玫瑰糠疹似乎不會傳染。

◎ 如何診斷玫瑰糠疹？
　　若玫瑰糠疹的病灶外觀相當典型，媽媽斑出現明顯，有經驗的皮膚科醫師不需其他的檢查方法即可確立診斷。但本病臨床變異頗大，每個病患的病灶大小、數 目、位置都不同，有時下玫瑰糠疹的診斷前需先排除其他的皮膚疾病，如癬疾、藥物疹、梅毒、、等等，因此有時需作梅毒血清反應檢驗或括皮屑檢查，少數病患可 能需要切片檢查才能確立診斷。

◎ 如何治療玫瑰糠疹？
　　雖然玫瑰糠疹是一個自限性皮膚疾病，但每個病患的臨床變異頗大。皮疹症狀輕微的通常不需治療，靜待其自然痊癒即可。若有較嚴重的症狀影響作息，則用口 服藥及外用藥來幫忙止癢。日常生活部分宜以溫水洗澡避免劇烈運動、泡熱水澡。紫外線治療對玫瑰糠疹很有幫助，但應在皮膚科醫師監視下進行，口服類固醇亦可 加速皮疹癒合
